How to operate and use the combine correctly

the research results of the correct operation and use of the combined harvester project are of great significance to the preventive maintenance of high-grade asphalt pavement in our province to reduce the production of waste mixtures and carbon emissions. Machine methods:

the working capacity of the combined harvester will gradually decline with the increase of time and the deterioration of technical state in the process of use, but the correct use and operation can prolong its service life and improve its reliability

1. test run. The new harvester or the maintained harvester must be run in

① engine test run. Determine the cold and hot running in according to the maintenance contents, and check whether the oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge and water temperature gauge are normal, whether there is oil leakage, water seepage and abnormal noise

② walking test run. You can turn left and right respectively in the order of first gear, second gear, third gear and reverse gear to check whether the steering mechanism and brake are sensitive and whether the clutch interlock mechanism is reliable

③ test run the cutting, threshing, separation, grain unloading and other working mechanisms, and check the reliability and sensitivity of the monitoring instrument

2. Technical maintenance. Regularly clean, check, tighten, adjust, lubricate, add and replace vulnerable parts of the combine

① clean the combine harvester, remove the chaff, broken straw and other attachments on the machine, lubricate all friction parts in time, and clean the outer chain and lubricate it with engine oil

② check the technical state of the engine, including whether the oil pressure, oil temperature and water temperature are normal, whether the engine sound and fuel consumption are normal, etc

③ check and adjust the header, including whether the rotation speed and height of the reel, the travel and cutting clearance of the cutter, the clearance between the auger and the bottom, and the rotation speed of the auger meet the requirements

④ inspection of threshing device. The main reason is that the gap between the concave plates of the drum speed should meet the requirements. The speed is high and the gap is small, but it should not cause grain breakage and drum blockage

⑤ the inspection of the separating device and cleaning device, and the inspection of the manuscript by manuscript device should be based on the flexible rotation of the crankshaft after tightening. The axial flow drum type separating device mainly depends on whether the drum rotation is light, flexible and reliable

⑥ inspection of other items. Whether there are cracks in the weldments, whether all kinds of oil and water are clean and sufficient, whether the fasteners are firm, whether the movement of rotating parts is flexible and reliable, and whether the control device is flexible, accurate and reliable since 2008, especially the hydraulic control mechanism, which must be accurate when used

3. Correct use and operation. Operating according to specifications can reduce failures and improve benefits

① start the engine without load, engage the clutch at low speed, pull the control valve to slow down the combine, reduce the header to the normal stubble height, and increase the throttle to harvest when the engine reaches the rated speed

② stop the harvester after 50-100 meters of operation to check the operation quality, and make necessary adjustments if necessary, until the operation quality meets the requirements, and then put it into normal operation

③ always use high throttle to operate, and you can't reduce the throttle to reduce the forward speed. Because the smaller the throttle is, the slower the motion rhythm of the working mechanism of the harvesting and threshing part of the harvester is, which can reduce the operation quality and even block the header or drum. Do not shut down the machine immediately after operation with high throttle

④ control valve and gear shift can be used to change speed during operation

⑤ when crossing obstacles, the header height should be adjusted in time

⑥ keep normal temperature specification, speed specification and load specification in use

4. Technical custody. Ensure the integrity of the combine by keeping it when it is idle

① remove the dust and dirt, open all windows, covers and shields of the unit, and carefully remove the swarf, broken straw and oil dirt in the unit to make the unit clean

② remove the chain, wash it with diesel oil and immerse it in engine oil for 20 minutes, then wrap it with paper and store it separately; Remove the adhesive tape, dry it after cleaning, apply talc powder, and keep it properly in accordance with the requirements of transportation and loading

③ replace the lubricating oil of each part, and then rotate it several times without load

④ apply oil to the working friction parts or paint stripping parts to prevent rust

⑤ brush the outside of the machine with water, and wipe a small amount of lubricating oil with a rag after drying

⑥ after the machine is put into storage, lower the header and put it on the skid, jack up the drive wheel bridge and steering wheel bridge with jacks and pad the skid, place the machine body stably and the tires are off the ground, and reduce the tire pressure to 1/3 of the standard pressure

⑦ loosen the safety clutch spring and other springs

⑧ during the storage period, rotate the crankshaft regularly for 10 cycles.
