analysis:

1. If the transfer ghosting is caused by the poor handover of the paper teeth, that is, there is displacement during the handover of the paper, the ghosting should first appear on the first color group. Check the sample of the first color group, and there is no ghosting on the words, black lines and equality from its mouth to its trailing tip. Therefore, such factors are excluded

2. the reason may be that the plate cylinder is aging and cannot be locked, and the plate cylinder moves axially or circumferentially. Check the print and ensure that the regular line overprint is accurate. You can also rule out ghosting caused by the movement of the plate cylinder

3. it may be that the rubber drum moves. Measure the circumference of the rubber drum with a dial indicator, and the runout value is 0.02mm, which is normal; Measuring the axial direction, it is found that the displacement of the rubber drum reaches 0.8mm. That seems to be the problem

solution: disassemble the protective cover of the operating surface of the printing machine, remove the spring plate on the shaft head, and check the thrust bearing outside the shaft sleeve, which is not damaged; Remove the shaft sleeve and continue to check. It is found that the thrust bearing in the sleeve has been ground. Replace the new bearing, test the machine, the axial movement of the rubber drum returns to normal, and the ghosting of the print disappears

suggestion: do not pull too tight when installing the shaft head spring, otherwise the wear of the inner and outer bearings of the shaft sleeve will be accelerated
